We are well-versed on a multitude of platforms, including Squarespace, Showit, Shopify, and WordPress. We will select the one that works best for your needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do. Please contact us for a custom finance plan that will allow you to maintain your desired budget.
What is the difference between your semi-custom and custom services?
Our custom services are created from scratch and specifically for you. Whereas our semi-custom services or for those not yet ready to invest in fully-custom services and use an existing template that is personalized for your brand.
Can I request additions to an in-progress project?
Yes, the proposal or quote we provide can be edited to add more website pages, features, or functionalities.
Will I be able to edit my website after the launch?
Yes! It is important to us that you feel empowered to understand and maintain your own website. Our website design packages include a coaching call, which features a live walk-through of the back-end of your website.
Do you provide post launch support?
Yes, during the final coaching call, we will teach you how to navigate the backend of your website, but if you wish to outsource post-launch services, we are happy to discuss a custom retainer package.
