The Classy Farmer Cleaning Co. is a female-owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Kitchener-Waterloo region, founded by Nadia Sommerville in 2021. They came to us with a clear bottleneck: too much time was being lost to back-and-forth phone calls and emails just to get a quote out the door.

Working within their existing branding, our job was to build a site that did more of the heavy lifting. A big part of that was nailing the user experience, as most of their customers are booking from their phones, so the site needed to feel just as intuitive on mobile as it does on desktop. Clean layout, easy navigation, and a frictionless path from landing on the page to submitting an inquiry.

The centerpiece of the project was a structured inquiry form that captures everything needed to generate a quote upfront, cutting out the unnecessary manual back-and-forth and freeing up the team's time for the actual work.

The result is a site that reflects the care and professionalism the business is built on, with a lead flow that works in the background to keep things running smoothly.
